He graduated in architecture in the year 1996, since then he has practised as professional Architect as well as been a hard core educator and academician. He believes motivation, self-belief and clear focus as the virtues of success.

Having graduated in Architecture in the year 1998, he pursued Masters Degree from Sir J J College of Architecture, University of Mumbai in 2004. His professional career spans more than two and half decades, of which a robust experience of about seventeen years comes from the real estate industry of Mumbai. He comes as a person with in-depth understanding of the regulatory environment, adherent to systems and procedures; and strongly believes in punctuality.
